You got this button at the top of where you reply.
It wraps quote tags around what ever you might want to quote.

Or what I do is delete the words in the quote you don't want. Highlight with the mouse and pressing back space.

Just quote like normal, and in the textbox, delete everything else except the specific sentence that you need! and thanks for the explanation, TRS! Why'd they remove your powers?

I asked to be removed at the very start of January last year because I knew I was going to be less active and I was. They would have been forced to remove me otherwise because of less inactivity, so saved them that trouble.

I couldn't get on, my internet access isn't what I call the most reliable, I still have times like that now but not so long, all I was able to do last year was log on maybe once or twice a month. Plus situation on and off the forum, a lot of things came down and personally affected me quite badly to the point where I didn't want to be around here at times because things tended to hurt me and bring me down..a hell of a lot.

I just finished up on pokefarm, finally, I needed to get a pokemon to hatch and raise to level 50 in 7 days and did so in just under one day now I don't need to worry about it, that I've done the task that I had to do, now I just need to wait 6 days to get my reward from it, lol. The way I look at it is that it's out of the way.
