I'd freak out. See if he could talk. And see if he's really there. I'd probably pinch myself to see if it's a dream too. Then I would probably see what he wanted and get on with life when no one believes me when i say: I saw Uchiha Sasuke!! OMG!

I'd first use my Sand Burial Jutsu and then use my Sand Tsunami Jutsu and attempt to kill him for all he has done, then tell him off calling him a wannabe-emo. I never liked Sasuke, nor will I ever. But according to what I hear he is coming back to the Honokage village - what a drag. He's a traitor, and doesn't deserve a 2nd chance.
