Spoiler Answering Your Questions About The Obito Plot Holes

I am an advocate Naruto fan and tend to predict things in which they end up happening. Therefore I can be safe enough to say that 80-90 percent of what I think ends up being correct. So let answer these current plot holes.

1) The Tobi now ("Obito") is not the one who invaded Konoha 16 + years ago.
2) The Tobi now ("Obito") is not the one who helped Itachi slaughter the Uchiha.
3) The Tobi now ("Obito") is not the same one who Itachi talked about being (the former sell of himself) he was directing that to the real Madara.

4) The Tobi now ("Obito") is not the same person that Danzo thought he was hence when he had to fight Sasuke and Tobi.

5) The one who induced Yahiko to create Akatsuki and give Nagato "his eyes" was the real Madara.

6) By Obito saying that he is Madara it creates a more realistic and frighting villain than just saying "hey guys i'm obito yeah i'm back from the dead and i'm crazy now woooooooowowowf" no By saying he is madara and acting like madara, he will end creating great amount of fear into his opponents and gets people to follow him.

7) How and why is Obito alive, there are several logical reasons how this could happen but this is one in which i believe will end up being explained. "The impact of the boulder that supposedly crushed Obito was negated by zetsu and there for he was able to maintain his eye. However you can see his face and body is damaged by that boulder.

8) Why did Obito turn crazy? Same reason why Nagato became crazy "war changes you" and if you are being trained under bad influences (just like how kabuto was and how he ended up after being with Orochimaru) you end up thinking like those you are around. So I believe Obito was trained by Madara, and thus he was going to continue Madaras goal. This is the reason why Madara was surprised when he was brought back to life he said "this was not part of the plan"

If there are any more plot holes that I missed or if there are other questions you wanted answered I will do my best to answer them in the most logical and critical explanation I can give.

Tobi used the same space time ninjustu against minato as he is using now that Kamui MS is only linked to Tobi and kakashi. Since the only other space time ninjustu we have seen is minatos which clearly looks different means that each space time ninjustu dosn't look same but has the preety much the same effect. Btw why people think madara is the first Tobi I just don't get it goes against madara's personally in my point of view he is not the kind of man to hide his identity he wants people to know who he is.

Eh, that may be a bit of a stretch, nobody is even 50% correct, Kishimoto always thinks his way, and his way alone.

For now I'm done with speculation, Kishimoto just simply walks into Mordor, with absolutely no defense, but hey, lets just simply let him walk into Mordor, and he will see WHY one does not simply walk into Mordor!

we don't know that much about space/time ninjutsu, other than that if the same user (or his eyes) activates it (e.g. obito and kakashi) then it will go to the same dimension. considering how powerful madara is, it's not unreasonable to believe that he might have a similar jutsu.

did madara, or his brother, have any children? perhaps obito descended from them, which is why he has a similar jutsu. since we've never seen what madara's specialty is when he uses the mangekyo, he might be a space/time jutsu type. we've already seen that family members have similar mangekyo abilities, such as itachi and sasuke.

i wouldn't say that madara would be adverse to using stealth and subterfuge. maybe since he was older, and presumably weaker, at the time that naruto was born, he may have decided to hide his identity in order to avoid sullying his name, especially after minato defeated him.

kisame might have recognized the masked man with long hair (possibly madara) since his face is very famous.

if itachi knew that tobi was obito, he might have used a different tactic in order to kill him off. apparently obito had a good counter for amaterasu, which madara would not have.

You are right, but it was said that Madara knew all the techniques of the sharingan, if he was the former shell of himself, just like Itachi had claimed him to be. Then wouldn't it be the most realistic to use the type of techniques that would benefit you more and take less strain on you. From the way I see it, that Tobi did just that. Thats the only way I can see it. The ages are to different Obito could not have attacked the 4th. In the anime it made it even more clear due to the fact that they made Tobi sound like a middle age man. Where as when we first see Tobi in the time skip, tobi sounds like a kid, his personality is that of which would be considered a young obito or naruto. That is what I believe.

Let me answer this in the best way I can:

your first question, "How Did Kisame Recognize Who He was" Is because he showed off the side of his face, just like he did to Sasuke. If you look at madara and the side of Obito's face which is not damaged they look alike. SO it is not far-fetched to say that Obito is a direct descendent of Madara. Again, when you go on and on saying you are Madara and you are directly controling an organization of the top s class members you have no choice to believe what you are being told.

How would Obito Be Dead If Itachi Knew of His True Identity: He didn't in the very end Itachi believed it to be Madara. Just like what Tobi said when Sasuke use amatseru implanted by itachi when Sasuke see's Tobi. Tobi says "Itachi never ceases to surprise me, but yet he still doesn't know everything about me or how much I know" This is a hint that shows Itachi thought it was madara, and tobi is hinting he is not what itachi thinks. Also remember Itachi is going blind, therefore to him Obito may look like Madara. There are many factors to that, these were just a couple i mentioned
