Ninjutsu: Reaper Death Seal
Reasoning: Obviously Edo Tensei is the next strongest jutsu. But why is this stronger? Well, great question! As of now, Edo Tensei does NOT have the ability to revive people who have been taken by the Death God. However, as seen in the Hokage Battle Royale, the Reaper Death Seal can kill those revived by Edo Tensei for good. Therefore, the Reaper Death Seal is more powerful than Edo Tensei.

Taijutsu: 8th Gate
Reasoning: kind of obvious.

Genjutsu: Tsukiyomi
Reasoning: Apparently if you use it on the moon you can control the world, so I think that's enough of a reason.

The problem with the Reaper Death Seal is that you die from using it. I don't care how powerful the jutsu is when I die from it. The same could be said from the Eight Gates, but that is just the Gate of Death.

And Prince, really? We have hardly enough evidence to go on that would suggest that the Giant Shark Missle could eat a Death God. We know hardly anything about him. Plus, being a Death God, he's probably immortal anyway.

Edos have infinite Chakra. Also, the Death God is not made of Chakra, it is a summoning, I believe.

Finally! I can't believe that's not the first thing that was said. Also, we are talking about the strongest Jutsu, not the best. So no matter what the consequence is, it can still be considered the strongest Jutsu. For example, Koto would be mor e powerful than Tsukuyomi, even with its decade recharge. It wouldn't be the best, or most practical, but perhaps the strongest genjutsu. Also, I don't think Izanagi/Izanami are genjutsu. I think they are ninjutsu.

Good lord. I think we have to change your name from Grasshopper to Snail. No, just joking. How do you know the Shark would win? Death God is a summoning. And if the only thing it could do was seal a soul, I don't think that it would be considered one of the most revered (not powerful, revered) techniques in Konoha, even going so far as to grab the attention of 2 Kage's, Orochimaru, and Kabuto. And I didn't say that the Death Seal is the most powerful. What I think is the most powerful is the one that focuses the most raw energy into the smallest space. Maybe the Tailed Beast Ball? Chibaku Tensei? (And don't tell me the Shark could go up against those.)
