You know someone is cool when they fight against an army of immortal demons only armed with a rifle,few bullets, a pen and a gold ingot fully knowing she can't survive but still sacrifices herself if it means her daughter Maria can escape.
Til the end she didn't even think once about surrendering and fought on even with a broken ankle until her death but not before taking out several demons (not killing them but making incapable of continueing).

And appearantly she was even willing to kill her own family as they plotted a murder against her daughter as she was the new family head.

Shortly after Rosa prevented Erika from killing Maria.

It even gave Rosa her own Theme called "Worldend Dominator".
"Worldend" = The events on Rokkemjima
"Dominator" = Her beastlike attitude she showed during the battle against the demons.

I would have to say my favorite character outside of Naruto is Vegeta from DBZ. DBZ was my gateway drug to anime/manga and I will always feel somewhat connected to that specific fandom. Love his character. :3

Hmm its hard Gajeel and Erza have always been favorites of mine and there is the epic character Kamina and another favorite of mine Izumi Kurtis but i gotta go with Shizuo Hewijima from Durarara! My hands down favorite character

Coolest i have seen up until now is byakuya(bleach but who doesnt know that) i mean he made PINK ROSE PETALS manly that is a whole nother level of cool.

Close second would be afro(Afro Samurai) casually slices through limbs like butter. And he is black which makes him cool by default.
