To elaborate on my comrades rather simply put stance.

We have begun efforts to enhance and shore up the Bg's and part of that is creating a system of moderators that control each section. These mods will be ward bosses they will mediate and supervise conduct and debates within their sections. They're beholden to the rules of the entire Bg's and the overall staff rules but consider them the authorities you will go to if there are any problems. You are to respect their authority and if they order you off a topic or issue a moderator rulling on feats or something you are to respect them and obey them, failure to do this will be treated as though you disobeyed myself or Shika.

These staffers report to Uchiha Sora he is our new global mod and the guy who is third in command of the BG's if you are one of the new staffers you answer to me..and you answer to Shika and you answer to US

when neither Nara or myself around US is the defacto head of the Bg's give him the same respect and adherence to authority you gave TBC and myself and Shikamaru Nara

failing that..if you have a problem with the new staffers or a decision they have made you basically report to US if you feel he hasn't solve the issue wisely or he can't you come to me..

but that being said..Congratulations to our new staff members. But be forewarned when you agree to become a Mongoose you are not agreeing to be a mod for yourself and you aren't for me or for Shika you are doing it for all of the BG members..you belong to them, you serve at their behest and your loyalty is to them, they need you..do not ever forget this..

You have a mission, to make this a quality place, to make sure the debaters and the regs and even the newbs can make this a quality place. You accept entry into the Bg staff you agree to never deviate from that mission/
