Restrictions: No kamui

So who wins?

Kakshi wins

He has more experience
He is smarter
He has a varitey of jutsu
he has amazing dogs to find him
He is better at taijutsu

Dauri's only threat is black lighting attacks but kakashi can try and abosrob it or distract Dauri with random clones and Storm style and his weapon

How does Dauri win?

Kakashi wins with genjutsu
Kakshi wins my going underground and attacking dauri from below

Could go either way really.
If Kakashi comes into contact with his Raiton Sword then he's out.

Laser Circus also has dat accuracy.
But Kakashi has a wide variety of Jutsu.

Kakashi has more character development, more abilities, and is just overall greater, the only problem would be his lack of stamina, because like his mentors A and Bee, Darui seems to have near bijuu chakra levels similar to Gaara. I'm judging by the feats he displayed in his fight against the Kin-Gin Bros...using Black Lightning, then Ranton, then holding the legendary items for an extended period of time and then using the Amber Purifying Pot.

He also displayed a high level of speed, of course A wasn't moving anywhere near his fastest but that at least eliminates speed blitz for Kakashi. As for whoever said Kakashi can match Darui's water and lightning attacks I highly doubt that. Yamato demonstrated that KKG users are extremely proficient with both elements needed to form their attacks and Darui can stream lightning through his water techniques, Kakashi will get overwhelmed just like when he tried to use Water Wall to block Kakuzu's Fire-Wind Combo Attack.

But there's always Hidden Mist with Kakashi's enhanced smell, genjutsu which has been mentioned a bunch of times, he can use his dog summons, and mix in clones. Darui is one of the most developed Kumo characters we've seen and got one of the longest fights in the war arc but Kubo needs to show him some more love if he's going to compete with Kakashi, we haven't seen nearly enough abilities.

Everyone knows from the fight with Pain and Deidara and most opponets Kakshi starts the fight by using clones to see his opponets abilities first.

Not really, he could cancel it out with his Lightning Blade like Sasuke did to Suigetsu's blade when it was getting cut by a Raiton sword.

Yeah but Suigetsu had a huge sword and bee had a small one.
If Kakashi tried to counter with lightning blade he'd still get his hand chopped, regardless of the lightning or not.

More experience? Pretty sure Darui is an adult and elite jonin who has quite a bit of hype too. Being the raikages right hand and being chosen to learn black lightning.
Smarter? How? proof?
Already said he had a good variety.
Dogs: nothing a good laser circus or two can't fix.
Taijutsu: maybe, but going up against Suigetsu is pretty good foor his kenjutsu skills.

How can Kakashi absorb black lightning?
Theyre at the VotE. So he'd be swimming. Then Darui raitons the water.
Kakashi isn't one to really use genjutsu. But knowledge of the sharingan would already tell him not to look at his eye.

darui is a pretty tough character too

but Kakashi's tactics of first hiding and using clones to observes gives him the advantage.
and his wide variety of jutsus help immensely

Kakashi wins. He's just got way more panel time than Darui which means more jutsu and demonstrated battle strategies.
Kakashi has a lightning element affinity and has shown an ability to use it extremely well (shape and nature manipulation), so I'm convinced that Kakashi could effectively counter Darui's techniques which are almost all lightning based. Kakashi also has more (and stronger) water style techs than Darui and Earth release as well. Add in the ninken and sharingan (genjutsu and movement tracking) and it's overkill.

kakashi is sharingan, raiton, suiton, doton, dog summons, genjutsu, clones.
darui vs sasuke established that hitting a raiton user with raiton basically does nothing at all.
