IDK I feel like Ino is a little more competent in taijutsu than Karin so she could probably win that fight. Neji is a good match for Suigetsu because even with hydrification Suigetsu's got a chakra circulatory system and that means Neji can disrupt it and prevent the technique from working properly, that's two wins there. But Juugo seems way too powerful for Kiba to handle. Especially in his bloodlusted form. There's nothing Kiba has to counter against the chakra cannons, and the strength mismatch is huge. At the same time I don't see Juugo faring well against a Garouga from the twin wolf, but in normal combat Juugo has offensive and defensive techniques. Konoha's win relies on how quickly Neji and Ino can dispatch their respective opponents. As they are now I doubt they have the skill to do it quickly. I'd say this goes either way.

Anyway, so what if we haven't seen it tsuki? The technique put a dent in the rashomon gate and it tears anything close to it to shreds.

Pissing on them isn't hard. BL Jugo charges right in and gets pissed on.

And there's no way Jugo can take all three of them. Karin is useless in a fight, and Suigetsu gets mind transferred by Ino or something and Neji disrupts his chakra so he can't liquidize.

Ino really ensures their win here. She can just catch them in her jutsu than have Neji or Kiba attack them right after she releases her jutsu.

The way I thought of was Kiba loses to Jugo n Sugeitsu
Neji beats everyone but probly loses to Jugo
Ino Ties with everyone using mind transefer but beats Karin
and
Karin LOSES TO EVERYONE
Sugeitsu beats Kiba
Jugo Beats Everyone (most likely even ino)

Kiba/Akamaru die but Ino beats Karin and uses her sensor skills to find Neji. Neji is hanging in there . Sugeitsu has to find Jugo ( which will take a while)

Ino finds Neji and then Ino and Neji tag team Jugo for the win. They do this by Ino use Mind Body Disturpance to Make Jugo stand still for Neji do knock out his chakra network or something along those lines.

Neji dies but Ino use Mind Transfer to get in Jugo's head. Sugeitsu sees Ino knocked out in front of Jugo . While Sugeitsu thinks Ino is dead Jugo(INO) tries to finish Sugeitsu ( This kinda wont happen since Sugeitsu is not affected by physical attacks and Ino cant stay in Jugo's CRAZY head long)

But thanks to Ino's Mind Body Disturbance and Mind Clone Switch. Konoha most likely wins cause Karin can not defeat ANYONE. WHich is a HUGE SETBACK

Jugo USUALLY attacks in a stright line so it will be EASY for Ino to use Mind Transfer

suigetsu if he has his sword would win against neji. nejis close range so a kenjutsu user has better reach. moreover suigetsu has awesome speed feats, like parrying darui and intercepting bee/a's attacks to save sasuke. juugo has reach via extending arm and chakra blasts to attack neji from a distance, and huge physical strength. so i say juugo holds off neji with chakra blasts and long arm, while suigetsu literally cuts apart kiba and ino with karin warning him when counterattacks are coming. karin should know about yamanaka clan. so suigetsu keeps on the move while karin attacks ino with ninja tools to distract her. while thats going on, suigetsu shrugs off anything kiba throws at him and proceeds to oneshot via drowning bubble technique. then suigetsu ups his strength and takes out neji from behind. assuming neji has eventually closed off juugos chakra points. the only person here who can damage suigetsu is neji.
