I'll give this one to Neji. Kiba lacks anything capable of breaking through Neji's rotation, and once he closes Kiba's chakra points, it's all over.

Neji wins because of Rotation and Byakugan. If Kiba loses one chakra point, the match is over.

You don't think Wolf Fang over Fang could break through rotation after what it did to Rashomon?

It could, but that involves Akamaru having used Dynamic Marking and the Rotation could easily disarm the Dynamic Marking or Neji just using a chakra layer on himself to dispel it.

Plus, Wolf Fang Over Fang tracks the opponent using the scent of Akamaru's pee after he pees on them. They can't use their eyes.

I don't think he needs Dynamis Marking to hit a stationary opponent. He didn't pee on the Rashomon wall.

Wolf Fang Over Fang doesn't work unless Akamaru pees on the target. They only hit the Rashomon wall because they were going for Sakon and Ukon and they summoned the Rashomon wall.

The Rashomon was summoned in his path. He didnt hit it because he was aiming for it.

kiba cant really see where hes going and neji with byakugan is able to have ample time to form his chakra shield. plus thats not the only thing he can do. theres full body blow and vaccum palm

one can use FOF to hit Neji
Then Neji would use rotation
when rotation is done
the other guy uses F0F or pees on him

2 F0F each from different sides ... I doubt neji could handle both...
