Kakashi caught a pin in midair and the pains missile so I think he would be fast enough. Plus in the recent chapter I think he kamui'd KCM Naruto's rasengan, and KCM Naruto is faster than Minato

he hadnt got a buff since keeping up with the tailed beasts. He needed one

This is indeed a interesting matchup. I think that I will cast my vote with Kakashi. First, Kakashi has knowledge of all of Minato's abilities and strategies involving said abilities. This knowledge will allow him to not only predict Minato's actions but also come up with appropriate counters. Inversely, Minato knows little to nothing of Kakashi's arsenal ;moreover, he believes that he has a defective jutsu,Chidori, which might lead him to a false confidence. Again, I will state that this is a close match, considering the fact that both are very thoughtful combatants. However, in the end, I believe that Kakashi will manage to find a way to victory.

Since Kakashi is bloodlusted he takes the headband off to reveal sharigan. While he does not that...

A) Minato blitz him and uses rasengan to kill him .
B) Minato blitz him than summons Gamabunta and lets him to all the work
C) Minato teleports to his hideout to stock up on the items needed for battle. Kakashi uses his dogs to track him down (which would take a while). While Kakshi is trying to find Minato uses this time to his advantage by setting traps and getting ready to crush him in battle. When Minato senses Kakshi Minato summons Gamabunta and he stomps on him

How does Kakashi overcome Gamabunta's size, power, and jutsu??

Your making out Kakashi to be very slow even though he kept up with the tailed beasts which also could keep up with gated guy
so Kakashi can keep up with gated Guy and tailed beasts

People might be forgetting, but Minato FTGd out of Tobi's teleportation tech. Which, if I may remind you is a lot like Kamui, except it doesn't require even a single bit of prep. If he can warp out of that, I'm sure Minato can warp out of Kamui IF Kakashi can land Kamui on him. Minato's base speed was shown to be pretty fast too (Caught infant Naruto in the air when Tobi threw him up).

Minato can also warp away projectile attacks and he can warp Kakashi some place too (he'll have to go with Kakashi, probably). I can see tons of ways Minato can land a hit on Kakashi, but I don't see how Kakashi can land a critical hit on Minato.

(If you're talking about "Kakashi is smart enough to counter Minato's FTG since he has knowledge of it" then Minato was hokage when he was younger than Kakashi. By that logic, Minato's intellect surpasses Kakashi's intellect. Supposed plans and intellect are mostly hype. Even if Kakashi has knowledge of FTG, he might not be able to make a plan to counter it.)

I do not think Kakashi is slow but by the time Kakashi reveals his sharingan Minato can AT LEAST teleport behind kakashi or go to his hideout. Minato would need more time to summon Gamabunta though

Ya, I know that. I was wondering if there is any other knowledge of each other because the OP doesn't state it. Or...nevermind..the rules or whatever...

but anyways. Kakashi does indeed does have knowledge of Minato's techniques, whereas Minato doesn't know of Kakashi's additional skills after childhood.
Minato's FTG is a problem though. If Kakashi is able to counter it, then he wouldn't have too much difficulty.
