Good for her. Still doesn't change anything. Unless she has severe mental disabilities that prevented her from knowing she was in the wrong place she needs to be punished.

And again it has no relevance. Just because somebody else who commits a crime isn't getting punished, doesn't excuse this person from getting punished for their crime.

No, but punishments should be scaled.

Worse crime, worse punishment.

If punishment for a rape is just a warning, punishment for this should be even smaller.
