That wouldn't end the fight. ETs would keep fighting after Orochimaru died.

If you rule this out then you are looking for rules like time frame, perhaps an arena, I don't know. I'm talking in the narutoverse, if they want the other dead, no matter what, when, where, minato will put the FTG seal on B, like he did on Tobi. Then Minato is unblockable. He Could throw tagged kunai into the hachibe and teleport up his body.

You look at this as how does Minato beat B. Well he does it easier than B beating Minato.

Even if that were true, which, there's no actual evidence for it beyond the fallible character statement of a known liar, it doesn't matter. Orochimaru is the opponent, so he's the one that needs to be killed.

Beating Jiraiya doesn't mean beating Gamabunta and Jiraiya. It just means beating Jiraiya.

You missed the part of my first post that addressed this entirely...

On top of that, the seal doesn't last like you say it does. If you remember back when they fought the first time, Bee got tagged with the FTG seal on one of his tails. When Minato retreated I doubt Bee was just sitting there with that seal on his back giving Minato a chance to slit his throat at any moment, I'm guessing that thing wears off pretty fast, especially since it's chakra based unlike the actual paper tags Minato uses to travel all over the place.

As for the underlined portion of your post, you're just being ridiculous. Nothing like this has ever happened, if it were that simple Minato wouldn't have needed to kill himself to beat Kurama. Minato is not strong enough to take out a bijuu. The only strategy you could come up with was something ridiculous and out of character that's most likely not even possible. You saying that Minato runs away and tries to kill Bee in his sleep is like me saying that Bee randomly goes over to Konoha while Minato is asleep and just rips a Tailed Beast Bomb, destroys the village and calls it a night. You can't have people do things they've never demonstrated or even hinted at being a part of their battle strategy.

You look at this as how does Minato beat B. Well he does it easier than B beating Minato.

No it's not, Bee has multiple ways of killing Minato, Minato has no ways to kill Bee other than doing things out of character, and that don't even qualify as being part of a straight up battle (running away, stabbing the Hachibi's eyes, going inside the Hachibi's body, etc.)

Bee catches Minato with his tentacles and squeezes him to death, Bee kills Minato with the Seven Swords Dance, Bee rips Minato's head off with a Lariat, Bee knocks Minato out and then kills him with Hachimaki. The only technique Minato could try is Rasengan which will barely scratch Bee unless he is in his base form.

The strategy for Bee is to use his god like stamina and Samehada to wear Minato down until he runs out of chakra, then to use a killing move. There is no strategy for Minato.

Could Obito be higher on this tier list based on the information that if he survived the previous ninja war, its possible he could have Tobi's dimension ability and maybe even Kamui?

and how suigetsu above charcters like tsunade, the fourth kazekage(essentiely a less overwhelming gaara), hidan (immortal) or even rock lee(8 gates) since when did suigetsu become so awesome because i have missed something here.

Kakashi above Jiraiya and Oro....NAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWW. Don't gas him.

He still lacks the techniques and destructive power to keep up, "Kamui /thread" doesn't work against opponents as sneaky as those two. Jiraiya with his toad silhouette and Oro with his advanced substitution. On top of that I thought a big part of being high on the tier list is the large variety of opponents you can take down or put up a great fight against. I still don't think Kakashi has the variety of Oro and Jiraiya where they could take on opponent's as diverse as Sasori to Kakuzu to Pain to Kisame, etc. and have unique strategies for each one. Most Kakashi threads focus around Kamui and if that doesn't work then the thread just breaks down into a scramble to find a way for Kakashi to Rakiri his opponent through the chest.

I must say I'm impressed with how he's performed so far, he's improved enormously and demonstrated that he's a true master worthy of fear and respect from any opponent, but I'd say that's more due to his intellect combined with his assassin like techniques. He can't stand up to an entire gauntlet of high level opponents like Bee or Sasuke and just take them all on. Maybe if he demonstrates one or two more amazing techniques. Right now I'd put him at like Danzo level on around the same tier as Oro. I bumped him and Gai up two levels on my list for their amazing performances recently.

Yeah but being a one trick pony doesnt really sound top tier worthy especially if said pony can only do it a limited amount of times.

So in a short post, so I can get a clear idea from everyone, where do you all think he should be exactly?

I'm glad he's above the Sannin. Kakashi would wreck all of them with Kamui. I don't think you all understand how haxxed Kamui is. There is no escape unless you can instantly teleport like Minato.

Finally Kakashi has been moved up.

Around the level of the Kages or at best on par with the Sannin but Gai better be moved with him, because he's been demonstrating feats just as impressive this entire time.

You are correct but Kakashi is not one trick pony in everything. Its just his abilities are just not enough but Kamui makes up for hax material.

He is a solid around still.

Only because of Kamui. He still loses against Pain for being multiple bodies at least. He has a better chance defeating Nagato than Pain only because of the body amount.

Agreed.

Kamui, 6-7 Gates moved them up at least Sannin material or above.

Without them I say Kakashi and Gai are elite jounin.
