Strongest Naruto Characters (In Order)

1. Madara(he has the first hokages cells therefore doubling his already massive power he has rinnigan on top of that, he can only be sealed unless they stop the edo tensei) OR Tobi(not sure of all of tobi's powers i mean he can teleport someone into a dimension in which he controls, physical attacks and jutsus are virtually useless against him)
2.First Hokage(one of the few elite able to go head to head with madara and defeat him)
3.Naruto Or Sasuke (they are both gaining new powers and skills making them even)
4.Uchiha Itachi (has a lot of goodies up his sleeve mangenko sharigan,susano-o (able to seal nagato and orochimaru), amaturatsu,brilliant stragetic mind,and straight up bad azz.

1. Madara Uchiha- has surpassed the mangekyo sharingan to unlock the rinnegan plus the cells of the first hokage and with sharingan and rinnegan he could equal the sage of the six paths
2.First Hokage-i think that speaks for itself
3.Naruto-full control over nine tails and really starting to get more and more powerful
4.Sasuke-right behind naruto with eternal mangekyo sharingan and full power
5. Itachi Uchiha-Prodigy, captain of anbu black ops at the age of 13 full control over sharingan at the age of 8 always been powerfull and had full use of susano'o with only normal not eternal mangekyo sharingan Itachi is underestimated.

I'm a Kiwi too mate Anyways:
1. Uchiha Madara, 2nd to only Senju Hashirama, but now has his DNA therefore making him that much stronger. He has the rinnegan, and also has his own powers although we aren't sure of ALL of his powers, I'm guessing as much as he is pwning the kage's right now, he's gonna pwn them alot more before he's defeated/released.
2. Hashirama Senju, he's beaten Uchiha Madara several times, most notably in the valley of the end. He defeated Madara AND sealed Kurama at the same time! He is also the only NATURAL wood user in the entire Shinobi world. He would take number one but Madara has his dna thus making him a little bit stronger than Mr. Senju
3. Kabutomaru, reasons being he is better than Tobi is; we cannot just decide that Tobi is epicly awesome, yes he has the past Jinchuuriki as his 6 paths and he has his time/space transportation technique, but we can't assume he's better than this guy. Kabutomaru has such a large array of techniques/knowledge. He has medical knowledge that rivalled Tsunade's... in PART 1! He is sneaky and a master of espionage. He has the edo tensei, where he can if he wanted, take away all emotions from the people he controls meaning they can't just break their bonds with him making him almost impossible to get to in a 1v1 battle. And now... he's a fricken DRAGON!

1. Kabuto - He resurrected Madara and if he hadn't been engaged in battle, would have controlled Madara as well.

2. Naruto - His determination is what makes him overcome everything.

3. Tobi - This guy here has the most potential for power, but nothing has been seen of it.

4. Tobi - Rinnegan, sharingan, space-time jutsu, gedo mazu
5. Minato - space-time jutsu, fastest ninja of his time, sealing jutsu. Defeated Tobi, Kurama and escaped the a-b duo
6. Tobirama - space-time jutsu, edo tensei, mastery of water techniques
7. Naruto - control over Kurama, sage mode, Rasen Shuriken, fastest ninja alive. PLOT NO JUTSU
8. 3rd Raikage - best lightning offense and defense, very fast. Held off an army of thousands, faced Gyuuki solo
9. Mu - dust techniques, complete invisibility, perfect clone, sensor
10. Killer B - control over Gyuuki, lightning element, master swordsman

2. Hashirama(madara still says he is the only one who can beat him)

3. Madara(he was toying with the kages and almost killed them)

4. Tobi/Naruto(they seem pretty evenly matched to me. Although Naruto is a little banged. Tobi may have the upper hand since he basically blitzed Naruto and would've ended the entire series had kakashi and guy not shown up. But then again, naruto has bijuu mode now)

4. Itachi(what more can I say. Izanami, tsukiyomi, invincible susanoo, pure genius. This guy is a boss. The greatest shinobi ever.)

5. Kabuto yakushi(dragon sage mode. Very powerful and probably would have killed Sasuke if it wasn't for Itachi.

6. Sasuke(sure he has EMS and other things but what has he done except get owned kabuto)

1.madara(ET)- holds his power and the firsts power and the rinnengan was able to take down all of the kages and stop himself from being desummoned {i would say the sage of six paths but as of now he is all hype in my opinion}

2. kabuto- i hate to say it but with all of his zombies plus his stolen ability's he is just as strong as ET madara

3. tobi- we have proof that he holds ems and the rinnengan but so far he has not realy given us anything but bit and pieces of his abilitys

4. nagato- at full power with all paths would be unstoppable

5. killer bee with shamehada- vertually unlimited 8 tailed chakra, kliller b's skill and awesome natural chakra, mixed with the awesome chakra eating blade the ultimate three man squad in one person



edit- i would have said the sage, sasuke, or naruto
but naruto has to many limitations and no brains
sasuke has no feats
and the sage is once again all hype if he exists

1- Sage of Six Paths- was said to have created the shinobi world

2- Hashirama- master of wood style and the only one capable of stopping Madara, mentioned by Madara as well. also able to control bijuu

3- Madara- EMS, Rinnegan, master of fire style. toyed with the 5 kage. plus he is able to use wood style

People mention Itachi before Minato? And no mention of Hiruzen?

I would like to think the whole reason why Madara and or Tobi didn't attack the leaf between Hashirama/Tobirama, and Minato's time is because...

Hiruzen would have defeated Madara or a young Tobi.

Tobi could have kidnapped/killed whoever he wanted just like with akatsuki, but didn't. Yet he and Madara had an eye of the moon plan likely when Madara last saw Nagato as a boy.
