In the game, Hitler is portrayed as having resurrected due to the power of letting rumours become reality which said he was saved by his Elite Soldiers The Last Battalion having waited decades for his plan to take fruit.
A strong believer in the Oracle of Maia he gathered the 5 Crystal Skulls to raise the ship that brought civilization to Earth, the Xibalba, the ship that brought civilization to Earth from a star in order to create the perfect Dictator State.
And not just that, Hitler wasn't Human but Nyarlathotep (a lovecraftian god) in disguise armed with the Spear of Longinus, the very weapon that pierced Jesus.
Successfully destroying the world leaving only Sumaru City and the Xibalba the Party was tasked with defeating his Last Battalion and Hitler himself.

Persona 3: Nyx

I don't even know where to start with this guy.
14 Forms.
Death itself.
While fighting he is lecturing the Party about Life in all sorts of way.
And if isn't enough it ends with a battle which til this day alot of Gamers name: The greatest moment in gaming ever.
Minato who turned into god himself vs death itself fighting inside the moon for the fate of the Universe.
