i love the fourth!
just how he can move so quickly with no hand seals is just amazing!

Whether or not hes the best depends on the persons point of view. Hashirama (Shodaime Hokage) was the one who found Konoha, as well as being on par, if not better then Madara Uchiha and possessing the power to perform Mokuton.

Tobirama (Nidaime Hokage) was a ninja who owned the Raijin and had a very powerful affinity for water. Not much else is known for him.

Hiruzen (Sandaime Hokage) was considered the "Kami No Shinobi." He lived throughout all the ninja wars and possessed possibly the largest collection of jutsu. He was also the sensei for the Sannin.

Minato (Yondaime Hokage) was called the "Yellow Flash" as his Hirashin technique allowed for what seemed to be a teleport leaving behind a flash of yellow. He was mentored under Jiraya, and developed the Rasengan. In his last hours, he sealed away the Kyuubi into his son.

Tsunade and Danzo don't really have too many qualities that would make them that famous. In my opinion, Hashirama is probably the strongest of the six Hokages and fought Madara to a standstill.

THE FOURTH IS NOT THE BEST HOKAGE.

All he did was protect the village ONE TIME... who is the best hokage?? THE FIRST

Hashriama MADE the village. He brought together THOUSANDS of people to join a village.

He protected the village from Kurama AND Madara

If Minato was so strong he should have been able to save the village and lived to brag about it. All he was good for was teleporting big deal

Minato depended on his weapons... while Hashirama did not need to be depended on anything.

Hasirama had Instant healing abilities
Legendaray Wood Style
Great Leadership
Decendet of The So6P
Crazy Genjutsu
Taming the bijuu
His abilites are fantastic what more could you ask for

Part from Edo Tensei he is the one who changed the Shinobi World and made Konoha as powerful as it is today.

the second lead the villiage in the first war (died during it though) and the tgird lead t=lead the villiage through the 2nd and 3rd wars

All he did was cultivate the village which is not that very hard it was going to happen some time

He made an immoral jutsu and died at a very young age to 20 fodder cloud ninja

Plus he only had water style jutsu's not the greates kage

Any hokage could take him

Look at it more detailed.
Tobirama is the one who even made it a village by establishing several organizations.

Without him:
No Hiruzen.No Kakashi.No Itachi.No Naruto or Sasuke.
No Sai no Danzo.
No Shikaku or Shikamaru.

Without the Chuunin Exams we wouldn't have been introduced to the Sand Siblings and by inviting other villages in it he formed and kept relationships with them for about 60 years until Oto attacked.

Same with the ANBU.Village safety and found a unit who can cleanse the filth that can't be cleaned on broad light.

Besides.Hashirama leading through a war was before his Hokage time when the village system wasn't even found.

Yes I agree that Tobirama establishing the Leaf was useful and great but it was going to happen sooner or later. It is not that hard to make or think of and it requires no skill.

Plus Tobirama established the village for a cruel reason. The police force was just made to keep the Uchiha's at bay so he was a jerk. If he trusted them the Uchiha massacure may not have happened.

He still was weak( cuz he mainly had water style).
And he still created an immoral jutsu

To be fair to Nidaime, he contributed greatly to the development of Konoha by establishing the Ninja Academy and many more of Konoha's systems and organizations. But, that doesn't make him the "best" or better then all the rest. Are you judging in terms of the story or what? B/c your just generalizing&/making assumptions...Eh, well he did fight during the Ninja World War, and die in battle. But the other Hokages did do more than he did. Except maybe Tsunade in terms in battle. I don't know if i remember right but i recall someone saying that the 1st helped build Konoha with his Mokutan Jutsu.

Depends on the taste and the willful advantage of the person to think if he is or not, you can't automatically choose their opinions, to tell you the truth I believe I liked the 1st Hokage more than Minato but that's me. So he isn't the all best.

Yeah he could be the greatest Hokage by far I know thats what they say though Hashirama seems really powerful himself from all the stuff we heard about him. I do think those two are pretty much the top Hokage.

I think the first is the best hokage, he is the strongest ninja ever exist that can fight madara and the one who build the village. But since this anime name 'Naruto', Naruto will surpass the first hokage, because he will defeat everyone and become hokage.
