Their duel ended with a Lannister soldier stabbing Eddard in the leg. But what if their duel had continued, without intervention from the surrounding soldiers?
Location: Streets of King's Landing, surrounded by Lannister soldiers. THE SOLDIERS MAY NOT INTERVENE; this is a one-on-one fight. Eddard Stark Spoiler:

I'm pretty sure he can give it to Jamie while Jamie can likely beat him if the sword of morning so much as breathed on you too hard..and you didn't die instantly you were pretty much a monster
