Posts now count in Off-Topic, so please be aware of your posting habits. In other words, please do not make multiple posts in a row and risk being warned/infracted.

No spam threads. Meaning, no creating multiple threads all at once.

Off-Topic will go on as is, keeping in mind the double-posting rule, of course.

Spam threads will be restricted as well. Spam threads being someone who goes and makes ten threads all at once, that is.

Threads that are more intended to chat with others about nothing in particular than, to say, chat are more appropriate for the Chat area.
