Hiroshi was specifically asked were characters from the first generation were gonna be in the game, and hiroshi said that they will keep the characters from shippuden and characters from the war, he said nothing about the first generation (pts) characters, which gave the impression that the pts characters were taken out. but you are right even if they are not in the game, they are still taking suggestions, and I know a lot of fans probably still want them in, so I would say there is a good chance for them being in the game.

But this is all speculation right now, I might be wrong about the whole pts thing. personally I really hope that there in because I like them more than the shippuden characters.

So Hiroshi Matsuyama said characters will have NEW alternate costumes, does this mean taka and orochimaru will finally be playable in akatsuki cloaks?

Not really. Not having PTS character would only take out the PTS versions of konoha kids. It would be around 16 characters they would be taking out, not including the previous Hokages, Zabuza and Haku who I assume they won't take out.

Supports can suck it, lol. Samui, Atsui, Dodai, Cee and Akatsuchi would be amazing for this game. All supports in Generations should be playable here.

I hope the fact that this game will have lots of characters minus all the PTS characters means that we can have the majority of Zombies playable as well as characters like Mifune, Kitsuchi, Kurenai, Shizune, Anko and perhaps even Choza, Ionoichi and Shikaku, but I won't get too excited.

If the Jinchuuriki are here, hopefully they can be both normal and Edo.

I was hoping they would start the story from the start of the Kage Summit. That arc deserved more than what they did for it in generations. Killer bee vs Kisame and Sasuke vs Danzo would have been great boss fights.

I know i really wanted to see Killer bee vs kisame hopefully we get a knonan vs tobi boss battle i want one so badly

You never know, Killerbee vs Kisame may still be included somehow. Konan vs Tobi will hopefully be in too, because that's during the next Arc, and technically that is also the beginning of the war.

After reading the full interview on SayianIsland I like everything that was said. Focusing on the War arc and new customs are both great. I like that they are taking out PTS characters that aren't in Shippuden, this isn't Generations.

don't you think it would be cool if cc2 added a special make-believe character and i don't know if this will happen in the manga but i was thinking cc2 could create a special character called Possessed Tobi. So he has the same appearance as Rinnengan Tobi but he is surrounded by a dark aura because he is possessed by the juubi because he made himself the 10 tails jinjurriki. So his moveset would involve all sorts of tailed beast moves but instead of the tailed beast chakra being red/orange it would be black so he would use like cloak arms in some of his moves. His jutsu would be a weaker version of the 9 tails beast ball because it was created by just a cloak, then his ougi could be The moons eye plan and his awakening will be the 10 tails and his awakening jutsu would be a Full Out Tailed Beast Ball. This character should be way over powered but would only be playable in single player and custom/private battles in online mode. So what do you guys think.
