Cause it made sibstituting useless, you had to waste all your subs and you would never even get away, plus one full combo is punishing enough for running out of subs, the combo cancel made you get raped, especially characters with op awakenings like KCM naruto, his combo follows you after you sub even if you don't combo cancel.

In no way did it make substituting useless. You just can't mindlessly sub. After you sub you c. Dash or guard. Maybe even call out a support while subbing.

Hmmmm, so after I sub I guard, hmmm, sounds pretty good, OH WAIT I FORGOT 2 DASHES AND MY GUARD IS BROKEN! The combo cancel is the worst thing that could have happened to this game. Or even better! Sub 1 Hiddan hit and then keep getting hit by him while guarding only to be forced to sub when my opponent tries to grab me, you just have to admit that this game is NOT balanced, Storm 2 was much better, I literaly only bought this game for the characters.

2 dashes only break your guard if you're jump guarding. Storm 2 is not balanced because if you try a combo you can easily get hit by an ultimate jutsu.

Never said it was more balanced, I said it was better, And 2 dashes break your guard even when not guard jumping, I will take this over Storm 2 just because the majority of good players and fair players left to generations, leaving Storm 2 with even more percentage of spammers than there used to be, Generations fixed a lot of things that where in Storm 2, But being restricted in your subs is dumb, instead of going after the biggest problem, which was spamming, they went after a minor problem which was subbing all the time. CC2 is not clever, IMO Storm 3 would be better off with the normal subbing that was in Storm 2 and the new additions in generations, changing the combo cancel to move you sidewards, because when I first read about the combo cancel feature, it only seemed logic to me that it was made to AVOID getting hit from the back and all that stuff, and not to keep attacking further, at least in Storm 2 you could counter spammers, in Generations, you have spammers like MM which is hard to sub and breaks your guard in the Blind of an eye, and Onoki spammers which can do you 3 times the damage of a jutsu if you get hit 3 times, generations blows, and so will Storm 3 IF they don't make very necessary changes.

They need to fix Kisame...no way someone across the map sould cut off my jutsu by dashing because its startup is so slow. His first hit on a combo is too slow...his jutsu is too slow dude is just too slow to be on this game.

Unless someone has tips iv come to the conclusion you cannot beat high level players with kisame...unless you feel like being super cheap

Are you kidding? Kisame's awakening can be so FAST/OP, it can pulverize. In Custom Ranked, try equipping the CS2 Kimmimaro card that boosts awakening time (medium) and awakening stats. (huge)

Kisame's awakening is VERY fast on it's own. Combine it with awakening stats increase (huge), it boosts all of his stats (speed, guard pressure, attack, defense) which makes him EVEN FASTER + Giant speed pill = Shark Kisame Speed Demon. You can completely dominate your opponent in a big enough stage with such speed.

That goes only for his awakening though...

It might not start, but it will definetely have the PTS characters,"Biggest roster in any Naruto game so far, even with the war characters I doubt it would be bigger than generations without the pts characters

Let's assume they keep the PTS characters. They have new movesets along with their grown versions and the newcomers for Storm 3. People will no doubt complain.

FYI He never said there weren't gonna be PTS characters, he said they would focus on developing the war chars, but that they are still taking suggestions, so they might put PTS characters in.

They said they would make this game the game with the most chars in the series, no matter how many new war chars they put in I highly doubt the roster would exceed Generations roster IF the took out the PTS characters, so I'm still thinking they might be in the game.
