Oh really? I am going to question the authenticity of this until proved otherwise.
Please don't jump the gun guys, we don't need any disappointments now.

But anyway, my thoughts from this "yet to be confirmed" information:
-Generations had 55 characters (This is without the Supports, and do check it for me, I could be wrong), 55 from 107 equals 52, so if they decide to keep all the PTS in here, then that means we could have 52 new characters, if they ditch the PTS, we may have even more
-"Real ninja battles, real human drama, real blood" could explain the Pegi 16 rating on the trailer we've seen
-"Explore Konoha at will" Possibly the return of free-roam from Storm 1?
-"True 3 on 3 battles" Does this mean all 3 can be on the field at the one time, or are they going for a Marvel vs Capcom-esque of defeating all 3 opponents to win the match and not simply just one with 2 supports? Does that also confirm no supports?

Ah, actually, looking back on it now, you are only able to choose 1 option from the list. So I wonder how real this is.

Actually there's 72 characters in Generations, if you count PTS, so 107 could be possible. There's a lot of new characters in the war. Seven swordsman, the past Kage, the Jinchuriki and more.
The only thing though is that the manga isn't over. So confirming how many characters will be in the game is too soon, IMO

We also dont know were this game is going end (highly dought it will cover the whole war) or where the anime will be at which could mean some possible DLC or Generations 2

I think we have, for the most part, seen the end of new character being introduced in the current war arc. So predicting a decent roster shouldn't be to hard right now. Also since we are only half way through 2012 and this won't be coming out until most likely mid 2013 the anime can get very far in that time.

go to 0:52:28 for the kyuubi boss battle demo. looks amazing with the inuzuka clan all combining for one giant fang over fang and the nara clan holding it with their shadow jutsu whilst choza hits it and Inoichi uses his mind jutsu to give everyone the signal to all fire their jutsus. also shows minato vs tobi

hmmm at the end you can see that u can use the R3 stick in different directions....when you translate it in the google translator it shows "Awakening" o_o

O.o initially i thought it was for movement but thats on the other stick, surely it cant be for multiple awakenings lol minato only has one...though it has like a word near it which i guess means new? as in new mechanic?

Gameplay looks amazing, they really did get the mood right, the lighting is awesome. I wonder if there'll be a stage for the VS mode with Konoha on fire like that. I'm looking forward to the stage from inside Naruto's mind with the water on the floor and the big gates too .

yeah your right, the word means "NEW".... multiple awakenings would be cool but it would be much cooler to get multiple jutsus lol

i never thought they would implement multiple awakenings...surely it is for jutsu instead since not all characters have multiple awakenings O.o though if they give awakenings a new jutsu for your character to use such as shikamarus shadow pinning jutsu then that would kind of give you multiple jutsu lol...

If you all ask me I believe the stick is to move in different directions thus changing the jutsu you use, it could be a brand new feature though.

well the word that couples them controls together is "Eveil" which translates to Awakenings.

also R1 and R2 have a new feature in this battle at least since he doesnt call any characters to support him in this fight so it must be for some sort of action.

also im not seeing chakra cancelling on the controls O.o

Pretty good Boss Battle!! About the new things,i think its true!!! It puts Eveil, that in english means awekening and the translation in spanish means the same (despertar=awekening), so it could be that we have more than one awekening x character (well, its normal in naruto and sasuke... but what with the others?)

Oh! And i think they maybe eliminate supports? Because if you looks at L1/R1 it puts something like "New" and something that i cannot read. Or maybe its just the same but with something new (maybe change character? If you choose a team for fight, could be that you can change it... i dnt know its just speculation).

Edit: I think it puts ... Mode Modification in french (the ... is a word i dont see clearly)
