Onoki's Ninjutsu needs to be raised to 5, he can use dust release, fly, and use a whole plethora of powerful earth release techs. His stamina also needs to be raised a lot higher-he has a bad back, but he's been fighting non-stop against high level opponents, was the only Kage to resist Hashi's pollen, and tanked getting hit by a meteorite. Also, why is Mu's genjutsu higher than Onoki's? There is no manga evidence for it being better, if anything Onoki's should be higher.

I don't think anyone's done Mei's stats yet:
Mei Terumi (5th Mizukage)
Ninjutsu:5
Taijutsu:3
Genjutsu:3
Intelligence:3.5
Strength:2.5
Speed:3.5
Stamina:4
Hand Seals:5

Mei's stats aren't too bad, I could see yours occuring in the actual databook although I think her strength should be at least a 3.

It's ridiculous that Hashirama stats are lower than Madaras yet its acknowledged even by Madara himself that Hashirama is way better. Either Madara stats need to be lowered or hashirama's need to go to all 5s
