There's a local place here called "Albertacos," and it has the best breakfast burrito in the world. I swear it's so freaking delicious.

I make some stuff that I learned how from an old neighbor of mine mine and its all better than those resturants

I slow cook my ground beef in its seasonings from scratch and I make my refried beans with fresh smoked pig fat and chorizo and cook it over about 2 or three days. And I make fresh salsa roja both mild and wth hot with traditonal pepers and fresh cilantro

I also make my own tortilia for their various uses
