I'd just use it to talk to the shinigami. Well hopefully he's friendly or at least interesting to talk to. Otherwise I probably wouldn't use it at all.

You guys are evil. I wouldn't use it at all. I'd burn it or hide it forever. If you use it you won't go to heaven or hell either so that sucks.

If I did decide to use it though, I'd kill people by various different ways, not the heart attack. Cause that would be dumb and people would find out. I'd also not be provoked to use it so often that people would know where I lived.
