Tobirama is faster.
Tobirama has range.

Apparently he had time/space jutsu. I happen to think he could aim a water bullet and take her head clear off.

Tobirama certainly is not faster. Tsunade is nearly as fast as A.

Tobiarma has no feats of any consequence, he loses. We only know from word of mouth he created an inferior edo tensei.
Besides that Tsuande can fight with a severed spin. He can't do anything to hurt her.

If Tsunade uses Byakugou, she'll be immortal for a moment. Then she summons Katsuyu and spits acid at Tobirama, making him unable to move. Then, she punches him.

But you're right, hype gives him all his powers so he does lose.

Tobirama's edo tensi is very weak so that wont do much. He only has water jutsus which never killed anyone

Katsuyu will be summoned to break her out of genjutsu and spit acid.
Tsunade's strength could match or beat a water dragon.

I haven't read the past couple of chapters so excuse my ignorance, but from what I've seen, Tsunade is nowhere near the Raikage's speed.

I agree Tsunade is NO WHERE NEAR THAT FAST. But neither is Tobirama

what can Tobirama do ??? Just water style. He has no hype and little to know feats.

Again. Water Style has never killed ANYONE. Dont underestamate Tsunade.

Even If Tobirama landed a good attack Tsunade could just heal herself

Not to mention her summonings and genjutsu binding.

Since the OP says ALL feats then I'd assume that means Tobirama can use Infinite darkness jutsu since he used it in the anime IIRC.

Either way, Tobirama has very little feats. We have no idea what the hell Tobirama could do with his Space/Time ninjutsus. For all we know he warps water from somewhere and uses it for his attacks, that would explain why he can use water techniques of that level where there is no water

Tsunade is probably the second fastest Kage out of the current 5 and with Byakugo active.................Yeah I fail to see how Tobirama could beat someone that can smash huge ass Susano'os into the ground while she has 2 huge swords impaled into her abdomen.

Summoning Katsuyu just makes this easier for Tsunade.

Nope. Hashirama was the only one to use it in both the anime and the manga.

Your wrong, Tobirama used Infinite Darkness in the Anime on Episode 72 while Hashirama did in the Manga on Chapter 122.

Tobirama is nigh-featless. For his level of power, he's certainly below Kinkaku+Ginkaku (even with the second Raikage with him). Tsunade, for one, is full of them. If we include anime feats, Tobirama can cast the Infinite Darkness genjutsu, but Tsunade would break it. I'm going with Tsunade on this one.

Most people are saying Tsunade (yet polls say differently)

There is nothing the 2nd can do. He has not mastered Edo tensi and water style is not very effctive

This fight is pretty much pointless as we haven't seen the 2nd's E.T. or Space time nin jutsu.We can't even discuss properly because of the lack of knowledge.

I go for the 2nd.Because he is considered as the most powerful water style user.

And one thing people isn't counting which is .......from what i have seen massive ninjutsu can't be avoided by jumping and stuffs(for example the time when 2nd used his water style against 3rd and 3rd used earth style to protect himself or the time jiraiya used his needle jutsu against pein and pein used summoning to ptotect himself).So massive ninjutsu can only be countered by another ninjutsu and one chakra nature jutsu with another chakra nature jutsu.And Tsunade got no ninjutsu for attack let alone any massive ninjutsu.So,she will take all the massive ninjutsu by the 2nd.

I know her body recovers and blah blah, spine severed.
However, how does she react to something like electrocution?
