 Magikarp other than the anime one is worthless. It would bump into steelix before it gets teh body slam.

Dream World Magikarp, oh I heard of it recently and actually read about it in my spare time.
It is amazing how pokemon games are still very popular to this day. Dream Worl Magikarp can only bounce while if you bring in Trading Card Game, Dragon RAge and Rage. According to Bulbapedia.

Lets see uh Dragon type>><<Steel type
Magickarp loses because steelix buries magikarp under rock by stone edge Max health for magikarp I think was 100? magikarp would try to use dragon rage or rage they are normal effective. but rage wouldnt do kmuch damage steelix have high hysical def. dragonrage would do allot because steelix have bad Sp def.

Dragon rage has an affixed damage of 40 in the games,but it's kinda rare in the anime.
