Jiraiya was long killed by pain. But is he really died?
I doubt it, because when the fourth shinobi war begin kabuto has resurected all powerful shinobi from the entire world, including uchiha madara.
But why jiraiya was not resurrected by kabuto with his edotensei?
Maybe some of you said that it was difficult to find jiraiya`s body, and i think that way before. Then I realize that finding madara`s body was a lot more difficult than find jiraiyas.
I need your thoughts guys. thankyou

I think kabuto can deal with that difficulties, as well as he deal with finding another body for his edotensei.

I don't think so, even an edo swiming down there would die and be stuck in an endless loop, they can not get to him so

Kabuto even said he can't get to Jiraya's body, besides, it's been in water that long, it likely wasn't even there anymore.

He doesn't need the body though, just some DNA. And I believe that Kabuto says at one point (don't remember where) that there should be enough DNA on Pain's chakra rods but Tobi has them.

If Kabuto needed Edo Tensei he would have got it. Why?

Edo Tensei Nagato with his full powers.. Shinra Tensei in the water, or bansho ten`in. Or use Rinnegan`s ability to move the water - Rinnegan user can use all chakra transformations so .. some Water release techinque to move the water.

Moreover he has Madara who is 20 times stronger than Nagato in visual his visual abilities.

Conclusion: Kabuto didnt get Jiraiya`s DNA (Jiraiya`s body) because: Jiraiya`s body for some reason is not there (He is alive, someone got his body). Or because finding Jiraiya`s body is difficult he didnt risk to summon Madara or Nagato to lift so much water because someone might see him and its no use to put in so much energy just for one body.

He was awesome, but how powerful would he be without summons? I doubt an edo could summon living toads that are on the allied shinobi side. No giant toads or sage mode since he needed toads to gather nature energy.

Jiraiya is at the bottom of a large lake or ocean. The reason why Kabuto couldn't retrieve Jiraiya body is this reason here... Water pressure

He would still be missing an arm and could not summon frogs or go sage mode.
If kabuto cud find madara DNA he would have found Jiraiaia DNA but he didnt so Jiryaia is long gone

Yes. He is dead. Otherwise you wouldn't bring up Kabuto's ability to get around the fact that Jiraiya is at the bottom of the ocean.
