Kimimaro was subject to 600 meters of pressure when gases buried him at the end of their fight. I thibk he'll manage before using bracken dance orwhatever it he used to become a giant mountain of spikes.

I don't know where Tsunades latest speed feats put her at, but I'd be inclined to think that they mean she at least keeps up with Kimi, given that she's beating on the Susanoo who catch A. Add on that she has apparently unlimited regen, so even a stab through her body won't affect her, and that she can smash his bone armor, and I'd say she takes this.
