Nobody.

You aren't supposed to report misuse of rep because the answer you will get is an infraction or that they will dete that rep along with every random positive rep. You'd be surprised how many you get.

I can see how you would be upset about a negative rep when it's your first one, ever. I checked the rep out and it's hardly an abuse, it's more or less what everyone else gets sometime in their forum life-time.

Out of all the forums I've ever registered on, this is the first ever negative reputation I've been given. Before, I just got neutral or positive reps, so it's kinda aggrieving when you get your first ever negative rep on the internet, although rep means nothing anyway

Thanks for checking out the rep and clarifying =]. The only part I think is rude in the rep is the last sentence, but I doubt that's really a reason to have the rep removed (not like it matters much to me anyway)

@Shikamaru Nara: I highly doubt asking an admin to clarify if the rep is abusive or not would warrant an infraction as that was what I intended to do: clarify if the rep was abusive or not. Err already confirmed it wasn't abusive so I'm fine with it.

you can actually be infracted for complaining about reputation..further more the vast majority of posters who complain about being negged are usually over sensitive cry babies any way

Now if you're genuinely being rep abused...that's another matter entirely but seeing as you got confirmation from a mid boss I'm assuming all is good

What's the difference between shiny green blocks and other green blocks?
I noticed that the six rep block is shiny compared to others.
How do you get those shiny ones?

No real difference. As you gain in reputation points, per box will appear and once you reach the new level (rep power), the boxes reset back to one, and so forth the pattern.
