Rate akatsuki members from strongest to weakest

Personally, I don't think Konan should be last because she's a very perceptive and analytical kunoichi. If you saw the fight between her and "Madara", you can see that he could've been dead if he haven't used his Space-Time Technique and I think he stated that she was a very formidable opponent. Zetsu should be last.

1. Pein (look at Konoha)
2. Tobi (he can get out of anything)
3. Itachi (he always has an IDGAF look and still pwns)
4. Orochimaru (even though he didn't contribute, he's still incredibly strong
5. Kisame (he can do anything without breaking a sweat and he fought back from a comatose state)
6. Konan (nearly killed Tobi)
7. Kakuzu (5 hearts and he probably could achieve infinite jutsus)
8. Sasori (puppeteering at it's finest)
9. Deidara (if he lived, he could have gotten much stronger)
10. Hidan (immortal, but all you need to do is separate his body parts)
11. Zetsu (anywhere, anytime, but such a parasite)

FINAL NOTE; ranking these people is probably useless. All are scary powerful.

Hey. Sasori LET himself lost to his grandmother.
Chiyo also said that "Sasori saw through my last attack, BUT FOR SOME REASON, he didn't try to dodge"


I think, that reason must be his bonds to her chiyo-basama

1.Tobi(this goes without saying anything)

2.Pein(the leader and rinnegan and stuffs)

3.Itachi(mangekyo and stuffs)

4.Konan(the one who almost killed tobi and she is highly skilled and her papers)

5.Kisame(a lot of chakra and samehada)

6.Deidara{a true artist(at least in his way) and master of explosion}

7.Sasori(advantage against genjutsu and third kazekage and his puppet body and his skills)

8.Kakuzu(his thread stuff and 5 hearts and 5 chakra nature)

9.Hidan(cant be killed and jashin stuff)

And last but not least Zetsu.I put him in spacial class.Because we have seen only the power of white Zetsu who is by the way the best in sensory and healing and other stuffs.And I think black Zetsu is able to attack and have not seen his power.

And I made the list by pairings.I put 2 partners close to each other.As I think they made 2 man team with 2 shinobi in equal power and mentality

And among the fighting types I think Hidan is the weakest.And mentally weakest one is Sasori.

@LunarShinigami has the right idea for the first 4. Tob i(Madara), pain, itachi, Sasori.
but kisame can take deidara and he can probably take kakuzu too. kakuzu would take deidara as well. deidara is one of my favourite characters andi hate to see him out of the top 6 spot.

Madara (cuz its madara.. uchiha clan teleportation)
Pain ( leader of the akatsuki, destroyed konoha on his own" Rinnegan
Itachi ( sharigan, Uchiha clan )
Sasori ( can controll 100 puppets at once. single handedly killed the third kazekage which was known for being the strongest kazekages of all time. sasori let chiyo and sakura kill him it was in the duo so dont give any bs like "he lost to a grandma and a girl"

Kisame ( most chakra in the akatsuki has chackra level as a tailed beast. samahada)
Kakuzu or Deidara (deidara can fly and throw bombs) kakuzu has 5 hearts i believe 4 element styles.
Konan konan can sufficate an opponent with her paper jutsu's and can fly.
Hidan slowest attacker in the akatsuki has no element jutsu. his jutsu is pretty much running with his rope skythe and swinging.
Zetsu was known not a fighting character but more of a spying one.

i hate how everyone rates sasori below the top 5. just cuz he died from chiyo and sakura. ifu actually watch it sasori was stronger than deidara and let chiyo kill him. not to mention he killed the third kazekage. sasori should be #4.

It just stroke my head that there is a good chance that Sasori killed the Third Kazekage by off guard.Or he could give him a poison or something.I mean,The Third just suddenly disappeared right?So,the possibility is faint that these two had a great fight worth remembering for long time.Or another possibility is that these two went to another place and fight with all they got until Sasori wins.

If Sasori fought with The Third head to head around the sand village then the people of the sand would notice(like the time of Gaara vs Deidara).

Though there is chance that Sasori came to village and face the third head to head alone and killed him in a blink of an eye before the third could react or do anything.I mean he completely outclassed the Third.In this way nobody would notice it.But this chance is also faint as Sakura fought with him and didn't killed off in a blink of an eye.And I think The Third is better than Sakura.

the reason in my post sasori was Favorited was cuz of his ability to kill someone in 1strike cuz of his poison. he could probably k0 itachi if itachi didnt have antidotes. its unlikely that itachi would have antidotes on him. itachi isnt powerful enough to destroy sasori without getting touched. all of sasori's moves are made of poison. and sasori has 3 forms. third kazekage (controlling) hiruko and human puppet. my list stays the same tho.

and sasori could possibly be #3. for now Itachi and Sasori is the only thing bugging me on my akatsuki list thats why sasori is being brought up alot. people just think cuz sasori died first of the akatsuki he's the weakest. im not trying to favour any character i just feel sasori can take out itachi with atleast 1strike. it doesnt matter how much strikes sasori gets. he gets atleast 1. but then again... itachi has susanoo and amaterasu. sasori is being underestimated. i wish kishi made an interview about the akatsuki ranking. and if so someone send me a link.

I don't see why everyone thinks Konan is weak o.e Dude, she got nearly half of Tobi's mask off. She's smart, which if Tobi hadn't killed her or tried his hardest, she would've killed him. But Tobi is smart too. Konan figured out how to time it right so she could hit him. She can become many with her paper whatever things. Zetsu can't really do anything at all.

deidara's not stronger than sasori or kakuzu. kakuzu's lighting delays deidara's clay. sasori's 3 forms he fights with + his iron sand jutsu's. Tobi is #1 and if anything itachi is 2-3. most likely 3.
