Edo Tensei restricted, does he have a shot at beating Oro? Keep in mind he has to Kamui Oro's true form in order to truly take him out.

Nope lol, Kakashi's really got no chance against a full powered Oro maybe if he trained for ten more years it'd be more of an even match. Kakashi definitely improved from part 1. Back then I considered him high A class at best when compared to his rival Gai who was probably low to mid tier S class. Over the time skip Kakashi increased his stamina, became faster with his ninjutsu, and became more confident with his sharingan. He certainly wouldn't stand there cowering in fear like he did the first time they fought but Oro's got just as large an array of jutsu, regen, more stamina, poison, and if all else fails he can turn into a eight headed hydra which Kakashi has no counter against. Kakashi's still got a long way to go in his development as a shinobi, that's why he told Gai not to count them out of the springtime of youth just yet.

Overall, Orochimaru has too wide jutsu versatility/variety as well as too much jutsus. Kakashi has shown better speed, but orochimaru will react to him. Oro will end up paralyzing Kakashi and then stabbing him with kusanagi.

in all seriousness i believe oro to be vastly superior in every way even in hax. what good is kamui when oros true form seemingly can regenerate being cut to pieces and form poison from his blood. how can he defeat all hydra heads? how can he defeat formation of ten thousand snakes?
