OMG IM SOO EXCITED!!! Toonami is comming back sat. may 26 to adult swim!!! I cant wait and btw this isnt an april fools joke that they played on ppl a while back this is legit and is comming back XD

What do u guys think are some shows that there gonna bring back???

It's toonami in name,but AS in nature. Meaning what we got on April fools is not what we're getting saturday.

Im glad they will still have Bleach on there it will be nice that they keep going with the episodes so we can get to more of the good stuff.

cowboy bebop was adult swim's first anime and it started to be showed on Adult swim in 2001

I know its one of those older animes and that its been around for quite a while but yeah I remember watching it on Saturday nights sometimes then.

Maybe since they keep having repeats of it since they have been done with it for a long time and im sure it gets tiring after a while.

@bacon - It's toonami so long as it has TOM, if he comes back, then yes it's classic toonami, just with a later timeslot

back on topic, deadman wonderland is a great show, can't wait to watch it, and casshern sins looks cool, i don't give a damn about GITS, bleach is OKAY so long as it doesn't go past the hueco mundo arc at latest, i've seen cowboy bebop too many damn times to care, and i prefer the first FMA over brotherhood, the manga was just kind of standard shonen fare, so i'm not too into it.

That's not necessarily true. Prince of Tennis, Kiba, Naruto, DBZ, and whatever else always had an overtone of comedy or just some kind of less-than-mature attitude. Deadman Wonderland is darker, Cowboy Bebop was an AS thing, Ghost in the Shell, also AS, is darker... The dark tone that it is going to represent plus the fact that it's later just goes more towards proving that Adult Swim has taken over the Toonami name and TOM in order to please the fans.

I mean, in the end you can't really complain. More anime, new anime, Toonami is back... But it's still not the same Toonami that said goodbye prior to this.

Can't forget good ol Bobobo,gundam,and that one space show with the guy who loved that girl who was actually his ship's robot.

The classic toonami montage they played on april fools represents everything toonami once was. xD

Still I'll watch it if they actually put on shows which are true to their roots later
