Kishi's work or....?
I was just re-reading some chapters since I was so bored and I went on PC and looked for chapter where nagato was sealed by Itachi and on end of chapter there is a poster with more than half of tobi's face O.O

Fan-made. Kishi hasn't revealed Tobi's face, other than his fight with Konan where we see his other eye. But other than that, no.
