So reading forums and googling there was a lot of word about how certain characters are fast and others slow such as zabuza being slow and neji being fast, but what does speed mean in this context? The speed to c.dash, to land a combo hit? Anyknow know exactly what "speed" is referring to?

Heavier characters = slower movement speed.

Minato and Naruto are fast characters. THey are fast enough to strike the opponen with pretty much any move. Opponent will notice, but it will be too late when that happens. Also, these two are fast enough to save themselves when they are attacked by pretty much any attack. They are also fast to regain their power. They can use awakening almost immediately after losing first health bar. They can move quickly around without having to worry to be caught by projectiles!!!

Combo speed. Jugo and Kisame take like 5 years for their first strike...
Neji and Kisame press O at the same time. Neji lands his hits.. There are also different chakra dash speeds, distances, and zigzaggyness

There is, for instance Lee vs Minato. Lee's chakra dash is extremely fast where Minato has one of the slowest dashes in the game.

quick question guys, does the time it take to c.dash during a combo (comboing and then you c.dash to continue to punish) the same for everyone or does that also factor into "speed"?
