Neji wins easily.
At that time the most Kankuro really has is that attack he used on the masked guy who I can't remember and two other guys atm, right? And poison gas?

Air palm blows away gas, and Rotation shatters the puppets if they try to come at him.

EDIT: Sakon? Ukon? I think it's one of them.

Sakon and Ukon are not puppets.

Kankuro's puppetsw are Kuroari, Karasu, Sanshouo and Sasori (a great insult to a great character)

I know I was referring to Sakon and Ukon as the masked guy and the other guy. I clarified it in his edits.
And Sasori isn't his puppet, it's PTS Kankuro.

Because we already debated TS kankuro and I pointed out that Neji doesn't have much chance to get in because of a combination of Salamander and poison gas clouds.
And since air palm won't get rid of an entire cloud at once, it comes down to how long Neji can keep up byakugan.

In PTS, he loses salamander so it comes down to Kank lacking the reactions to fight off TS Neji.

kaiten repels crow's poison knife and arms. and his hand can cut the chakra threads removing kankuros only way of attacking him.

Neji can not rotate away from poison gas

Neji is close range and Kankuro is long ranged so Neji is at a disadvantage from the start
