itachi knows izanami and has the most powerful sword and shield in the manga the yata mirror and the totsuka sword. I'm sorry for madara but one hit from totsuka and you're goner, even if edo tensei'd. Totsuka was a sword orochimaru searched for his entire life

Yeah true, but we don't know the true extent of Madara abilities. They only shown a few.... if Madara have EMS then maybe he have the same technique as Itachi, just better?

It's probably a safe bet to assume that Madara would win. EMS + Rinnegan = Everything Itachi has and more. And depending on whether or not you're talking about ET Madara or Madara when he was alive, you'd possibly be able to throw in the wood style stuff too.
