by laser rifle do u mean the big as cannon thing or his generic beam rifle?

either way setsuna takes this, the hyaku is a subpar suit can't match a gundam, even if char were the better pilot (which is debatable)

The hyakushiki has a chance cause he has the pilot advantage and a speed call in that it was one mech that was designed to transform but they never completely finished it.but Exia goes trans-am and its over I doubt it because hyakushiki was one the Mobile suits that were able to dodge and counter Haman's bit attack.
Obviously its the beam rifle not the beam cannon.

iuno that wasnt the suit that was chars newtype hax allowing him to dodge the funnels. exias coming with sabres, therefore close combat, harder to dodge in the lesser suit, much poorer armour. hyaku lacks firepower too, what major suits/mobile armour has hyaku take down.

It went toe to toe with The O and won one time I think so

this is probly hyaku's best feat, taking on scirrocco in The O and haman in Quebeley. but u'll notice he's getting picked apart, and thats with The O already damaged from earlier battle.

lol, if u give char a better suit tho this becomes a fight. his newtype abilities could match with any gundam pilot, he just needs the proper hardware. like if this was Amuro in Gundam against Setsuna in Exia i'd say it would be much closer.
