Danzo vs. Jiraiya
Location: Where Jiraiya fought pain
Restrictions: Danzo can use all Izanagi but Shisuis, and Jiraiya cant Summon Ma + Pa, which means no Sage mode. other Toads ok though |

No Sage Mode? Jiraiya gets stomped fairly effortlessly. He was blitzed by what, 4-Tails Naruto and nearly killed in base mode? Orochimaru tangled with it mode and faired a little better.

It was four tails and that's because Jiraiya didn't want to hurt Naruto.
Jiraiya is a beast IMO, but withought SM not sure. Considering Danzo has Hashiramas DNA and 10 sharingan, SM should be enabled. |

SM is 5 min and Izanagi is 10.And why isn't Shisui's eye restricted here?if not danzo asks Jiraiya to commit suicide.

fuuton reflects back attacks, anything that gets past it will be tanked by izanagi. moreover hes got mokuton for defence, fuuton sword, and curse seal. and koto amatsukami. jiraiya stands absolutely no chance

fire only beats wind if they are of the same calibre. a regular fireball loses to vaccum bullet. or sliced in half by fuuton sword.
