Default Theory about Nagato and Madara and some other things...
Maybe the reason why Madara mentioned Nagato after he go out of the coffin( "So it finally happened" "That little boy Nagato managed to grow up") was because maybe before Madara died he used izanami to see the future and find out who would be the inheritor of the renningan. Therefor knowing it would be nagato he did something crazy with izanami so that Nagato could later revive him(because rerember izanagi is a justsu that can change one's destiny).

In chapter 560 page 3 Madara says "...This is HIS DOING... he Definitely has SOMETHING IN MIND... But what?" he also says "Things don't seem to be going as according to plan very well." Which means Madara and "Tobi" planned something out long ago or Madara predicted it might happen when he used izanami. Madara also refers to "Tobi" as that someone but "Tobi" refers to him self as no one. Just some things to think about I guess.

When he was ressurected he had his eyes with all their power

Im assuming with the reanimation jutsu you can bring them back to full health, cause itachi went blind at the end of his fight with sasuke.
