Because it accounts for cases when a character can uber curbstomp one at long range but gets decimated at close range. If there's no set distance then people would just make up distances for their own convenience, kills the BG thread quality.

Ruins things for the wiki and for the overall flow of the thread.

Yeah I'm really not gonna stick around and let that default rules thread just sit there forever, so I'm going to go ahead and change some of the rules concerning location and state of mind. There are enough BG posters who agree with the rule change.

You guys should add Tank to the list of words naturally I started using that.

Example: There's nothing Guy can do that can Tank Susano'o

Tank referring to delivering big damage! Or Receiving it! Or something to that effect...

instead of making a needlessly complicated rule you know people are going to abuse how about you use the CBR settings for a match

The word is added. Just FYI, it means to receive it, and still being able to fight back.

He's saying as long as it has to do with BG make it in the BG HQ Section which is this section.

If you look around there are several threads in this section that aren't VS threads but are BG related like the BG Convo threads. So I don't see why there would be a problem making a new thread?

I like the limit of 5 threads a day that should keep a lot crap battles down. Not knowing the other opponents moves is a change isn't it? I like it this way better.
