Ninja Tool Discussion
In previous games it, anytime a ninja tool increased or decreased something it was by 15% (attack+, defense- etc...) Do we think this is still the case?
What does the frenzy pill do exactly? Prevents knockback but makes you take more damage? What is knockback? The effect of you falling back and then being hit by an attack support, or is it more general?

knockback is basically both when you get knocked back and when you get hit by an atack support.

Frenzy pill prevents all flinching. Does an ultimate jutsu work if your using the frenzy pill? Never tried that
