That's an Admin thing.

Usergroups are only accessible from the ACP (Admin Control Panel) because they require custom username settings, access masks, and permissions.

Regular mods, super mods, and FAIL don't have access to them.
Wooster and TBC do though.

- As far as I know, clans are just clans and don't necessarily need to be officially approved. In this situation, it's more of the KG that needs to be approved in order for it to be a "real" clan. Village =/= to clan by the way. Having a clan doesn't mean you get to participate unless you're actually in a village or part of an organization.

- They're not allowed yet, simple as that. The BN system has faltered in activity and things are slow going, to be generous. If our members get together some free time and are capable of working on it, this matter will be solved as soon as it can be.

- This question depends on whether you're talking about the OWS or BN. In the OWS, you rarely have the opportunity to create new jutsu, but in the BN, it comes down to your creativity when writing the narrative. But as I said before, we have little progress being made in this area as members have disappeared for school, life, or whatever other reasons.

- Villages are really the only things that need to be worried about being deleted. Clans are clans and they aren't as set into the system as villages are. You can switch villages with the clan or go rogue.

But please, this thread and section are the wrong place to ask questions about the BN because there is a likelihood that they don't know what is actually happening with the BN, so I urge you to ask any more questions about the BN in this section: http://naruto.viz.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=73

I've got a few questions if y'all don't mind,

1. Is it possible to edit a thread title? In the FAQ thread it says that it's possible within the first seven days under the thread tools bar, but I tried that and there was no way to edit it.
2. What constitutes spoiler/not spoiler in the Battlegrounds section of the forum? For instance, do I have to mark recent manga events as spoiler? If so, how far back does that go? Within a week of the chapter release? Back to where the anime is currently at?

1) Only moderators can perform that action. You could also try double clicking the thread title and stopping the page from loading the thread to edit the thread title.

2) Spoilers are things that have happened in the manga, but not in the anime. Some people here choose to watch only the anime and don't want manga events spoiled to them. It's best to mark recent events as spoilers. If there's a mistake, then a mod will likely correct that for you

Admin have the green names, that stand out at the bottom of the index, when they're logged on. Though yes a Quasi Admin can help you with that too.
