TOBI (man behind the mask) is Obito Uchiha

The argument where Tobi can't be Madara because Madara was a really strong ninja, is wrong. It has been stated that Madara was weakend by something(I can't remember why). And that he was going to use the Tailed beasts to get his powers back and get even stronger than he was.

Anyway, if Obito turns out to be Tobi, it would be a hell of a twist.

no. in the fight with konan, his mask was partially destroyed. there were no scars or anything difigured that would suggest the rock that crushed half of obito's face. and before fake madara got hold of nagato's eyes, he had a sharingan in both eyes.

not only that, but fake madara faught with minato before kurama was sent on a rampage. obito would be the same agae as kakashi, and kakshi was still a short teenager when it happened.

I doubt that Tobi is actually Obito.My theory is that tobi is the Uchiha ancestor who was the older son of the sage of six paths. Think about it how could he knew all about the sage and the ten tails. And the story of the two brothers. So there thats my theory

tobi can't be obito because he attacked narutos mother and father at the time she was giving birth to naruto, and at that time obito was minatos student and he was a young boy

Kishimoto played with Naruto fans when he made a character with a mask hiding one Sharingan so you people could think he was Obito. Plus, Tobi has an old face as you could see when he took off the mask. So please, no more Obito.

I agree the person who attacked the village when naruto was born was a full sized adult his voice was deep and how could Obito get enough power in that short amount of time to go one on one with the 4th hokage.I think its a future sasuke i discussed this on another thread

just like sasuke when he attacked the five kage's.. gaara said that sasuke can cast amaterasu and his left eye and control it's shape with it's right eye...and tobi can use his left eye for himself or defense and kakashi can attack with his right eye and even tobi haven't shown his mangekyou sharingan yet

Well, Tobi used his left eye against his fight with Konan. The same eye Kakashi has from Obito. Also Tobi has a fully funtional right Sharingan. Obito's was crushed.

Unless Obito managed to come across two full Sharingans..while blind...then...Y'know..un-dead, zombie Obito.

-Shisui(doubt it)
-Izuna()
-Fugaku
-or the Elder Son

Anyone else would make little to no sense.

Hmm...I think Tobi is Obito cuz if you Edit the name 'OBITO' by cutting the first letter 'O' and after that if you turn the name backward it would be 'TOBI'!!!!
But There are other reasons why i think Tobi is obito but I m still in confusion.
I'll try to search the net in order to find the answer so be patient guys...
