So basically a draw. Tailed beasts can withstand attacks capable of wiping out or changing landscapes. Never been harmed by an attack city + or below. Even then no real injuries from such attacks. The only attack to do so was a blade. Which means absolutely nothing considering said beast let itself be cut.

Mr Popo faster than kid goku....Oh wait thats it. The only feats he has besides a magic carpet.

Doubtful since he doesn't necessarily have to move all that fast to avoid the Bijuu.

Plus theres really nothing they can do to Popo that he can't simply eat or tank.

And I've never seen a Bijuu regenerate its head back... Ever.

Yeah if said speed was in a verse such as marvel then I would totally agree. But alas if every series used said principles characters ranging from someone as low as Kakashi and as fast as Goku would leave destruction in their wake. But since they don't charge that up to the game otherwise prove that it does.

Though I'd agree the principals aren't necessarily vivid in the stories, with Lee his movement on the ground tore up the entire arent just about. It just so happens most of the fights in both series involve air-based combat or non-terrain fights.

Plus, barring effects of speed, everything else in physics seems to hold true including the basic principals of gravity, inertia, and whatnot. So yes, I'd be safe to say someone who is near massively hypersonic can put a lot of power into a punch moving at said speeds upon someone like a Bijuu.

One you are using Naruto as an example. A manga that is younger and definetely more grounded in realism than db. Two even with what you are saying no gurantees he can generate the destruction you are suggesting. Third point what you are suggesting would essentially turn a many of a character in manga into monsters.

For example Hayato Furinji from HSDK moved so fast he couldn't be captured at 1/1000 of a sec on a high speed camera. It was a blur. Now combined that fact he can flip tamks casually. Now if you use the principles of physics with that he can essentially rape hst, db part 1, YuYu hakusho, and a great many of shounen. Now does that sound realistic? Depends if you read the series.

The only difference in actual physics that we can assume are those that has been shown or explained. Everything else we assume to be the same as our world otherwise all the vs debates would be invalidated for the simple reason of each verse having no valid science to draw evidence from.

If mr. Popo has speed that can amplify his offense then that should be taken into account when using him in a debate.
F = ma (Force is equal to mass multiplied with acceleration)
if someone where to say that the above given equation is not applicable to naruto then most of naruto calcs are invalidated hence making naruto characters unquantifiable and therefore making them unqualified to be used in a vs debate.

Also yes, most of them are. People, normal people, get torn into peices, possibly many... when hit by things going at sonic/supersonic speeds.

Now if he can beat whoever, depends on some things. However, 1/1000 sec high speed is... eh. Thats not too fast. But yes, if someone is going that fast and hits someone who is unable to react, it'll do some damage (depending on their Durability)

Of course, my popo ideals are before powerscaling. Afterwards, lookin at how Yamcha ended out at like SSJ1 or 2 by the end of it Popo would be...

How about no. Going deeper and actually using physics to improve or disapprove a characters ability would essentially would invalidate almost all fictional battle series calcs. Which is already flawed system. Not only that each fictional verse is a different realm entirely. The basics are similiar but it doesn't mean that a manga artist will use all of them.

Even if you use that arguement your arguement still doesn't give Popo enough power. Last known calc around the time of arrival of popo was Tao's which was mach 7-14. Popo is faster but definetely unquanitfiable. So he is stuck at hypersonic+. So are you saying he is capable of causing power on the scale of city+ at minimum on that level? You still haven't backed up the claim at all. Not even with a simple calc. Popo is only being wanked the longer this goes on the more apparent it becomes.

I mean it's faster than the majority of the Kid Goku saga and definetely hst in general. It has to be over mach 30 atleast. Mind you he was still a blur. Meaning he is faster still. He ran to multiple continents and searched them from to japan.

Yamcha actually tried to improve. Also he was still more a genius in combat than popo. Considering the level he got to. Popo actually didn't do anything but follow Kami. Nothing suggest he changed from Kid Goku days.

He is faster than that he casually moved that fast without really trying. He was playing around and the camera still couldn't catch his movements 1/1000 of a sec. Just swinging his leg he shattered sound barrier.

Kurama slapped a few blasts capable of vaporizing mountains. Just touching the energy is a feat. Not all bijuu are created equal obviously. But lets do bring up the fact that the host got knocked out by Kakuza and Hidan. Not all jinchuruki is created equally. The Hachibi tanked his own blast. Just the 9 tails and hachibi is suffucient in the durability point.

He is capable of firing of punches on that low-end, something that bijuus are unable to react to.... and it has been explicitly stated by AT (the author himself) that mr. popo is on a power level comparable to raditz... a character who was blitzing early saiyan saga goku and piccolo who is way more powerful than taopaipai himself... and like i said, its highly illogical that mr. popo stayed on the same power level through the entire series...

1/1000 = .001 sec = time
2m = distance
and since speed is distance over time...
2m /.001
2000m/sec which is barely low hypersonic... so your claim is the wanked claim... you can try to debunk the calc... XD but your claim is absolutely untrue about hayato being mach 30... check your claims first before posting dude...

Kami, Roshi, the cat, Yajarobi, all have something in common. All characters who stop growing at a certain point. Your logic is flawed. Mr popo is the servant to one of them. But sure I will bite give some canon from the manga not some artist answering to fanboys I will beleive he could be on Raditz level.

How about no. The mach 30 wasn't my calc. The obd made it. Calcs in general are a joke to me. I only throw them back into individuals such as yourself face who uses them. But anyways the calc was backed up by the fact he runs on water and even at 1/1000 on camera his movements can't be seen. If you actually read what I said to frost you would note I said he was playing around and casually shattered the sound barrier on camera.
