Help please! I need to know what this song is!

So I'm an avid D&D player and I tend to use a lot of anime music for my campaigns. Naruto is no exception, being finely crafted tunes that set the tone immediately.

Now to the song in question. It's used several times in Shippuden, but the first I heard of it was Episode 113 "The Serpent's Pupil" at around the 13 minute mark. It's right when Sasuke barges in and attacks a sick Orochimaru.

Now many people will jump and say that it is the song Wandering (Hyouhaku) from the second OST, and your not completely wrong. I realize its the same basic structure of that track. But the one on the OST is a more coutryish, acoustic sounding song that they also use in the series. This one, however, is an alternate song with a more dark and sinister tone to it.

Any information to this "Alternate Hyouhaku" song would be grateful, even something as small as a youtube link or whatnot.

and another that is similar but is slightly different: Naruto Shippuden OST 3 - Track 20 - Sasuke's theme ( 2nd version ) IMPROVED
