i nam liking the new gen TC. wiley Kit and Kat are awesome. i like the way all the Cats look tbh. especially Tigra and Kit n Kat, their outfits are way better than the originals.

In a word terrible.

It's made immediately clear that the cats enjoy their perfect society at the expense of "lesser" races.

The king is a racist jerk who first turns a blind eye to a lynch mob going after a pair of falsely imprisoned lizard-men and then actively supports it when his son (Lion-O of ThunderCats fame) tries to defend the lizards.

Lion-O is considered weak and unfit for the throne for showing compassion, but he manages to successfully persuade the king to release the lizard-men. Not long after when an army of unrelated lizard-men attacks the city (or perhaps lead a revolution to overthrow a corrupt king) the king acts like it's a personal affront engineered by those two prisoners.

At no point is it even remotely suggested that the king is anything less than Jesus H Christ, king of awesomeness and defender of all that is good and the "bad guys" don't really show much evidence of true villainy and when they do it's forced and unnatural almost as if the writers have to remind us that cats=good reptiles=bad.

Cult you should watch more than just the first episode. Oh and the 2 lizards are a part of the invading army.

Ive seen every episode thus far.

It doesn't matter if the two lizard-men are part of the revolution to overthrow a corrupt king. They didn't personally engineer the movement, but the king acts like they did.

Lion-O is the only person in the series that isn't a colossal douchebag, and he's about as bland as a rock.

Though there is one funny part. Lion-O's ancestor was freeing all the other races and he's all "We can be free, my brothers!!!!!" and then a few generations later their descendants are all slaves to his descendants.

This series is practically a treatise on the benefits of slavery and racism, as well as the evils of letting people who are different be allowed to roam free.

Good episode. I like that some of the other races are making appearances. I think Lion-o is in the right, Cheetarah was giving him signals and then she went and hooked up with his brother.

Sigh so Lion O gets killed and they basically copy the old trials. I will be using this thread to complain about every episode until it gets canceled or concludes.

i am liking the series so far.
Lion-O as tank is great. he doesn't need to use tech. he has the gems and sword.

Tigra. i like how he is using tech now. whip is secondary.

Cheetara is doing good. i think the mis-q between her an Lion are natural. neither were used to the situation or what happens next. she is a priestess what social skill was she bringing to the table.

Kit and Kat are awesome so far. i like alot better than originals.

Panthro was doing ok. till he gets super stretchy arms. bah! he is a warrior give him power punch and shielding. the arms do not fit Panthro. so dumb.

i can see them picking up a few more to the team soon.

i loved Monkey and Jackal. they were great.

can still be better but not bad so far imho.
