1, The Uchihas: specifically Madara, Sasuke, Itachi and Tobi

2, Naruto, Ichigo and Luffy (don't know if he rates)

Agree with colorles.

There are actually some good characters there.
I don't see any disability in Itachi though. Perhaps Sasuke haha.

Ichigo isn't mentally ill. He's got serious problems stemming from the death of his mother and his father's exuberance, but he's not mentally ill.

Luffy is a goofball, but he's alot smarter than he looks. He's very similar to Garp so I imagine he'll mellow out when he gets older. Again, not mentally ill.

Naruto is without a doubt a sociopath.

Yamamoto's personality has never been explored in depth but from what is shown, nothing even remotely indicates that he is mentally ill.

Admiral Akainu is actually Fleet Admiral Sakazuki now. As for mental illness, he's definitely a wackadoodle, but unlike Naruto he is actually capable of forming friendships that don't directly benefit him and he doesn't manipulate that friendship to further his own causes.

Sakura, yes. Rukia, no. Rock Lee, yes. Sai, definitely. Chad, no. Orihime, no.

My intepretation of Kurama is that because his chakra and Naruto's are now apparently mixing more than ususual, and Naruto has gained Mito's ability to read emotions Kurama is now intricicalty become part of Naruto. In my opinion Kurama has become practically a zanpakuto for Naruto. Considering that Naruto was able to beat the kyuubi, - or rather steal most of its chakra, naruto gained some respect. Furthermore, naruto has already let the kyuubi out of its cage, he literally opened the seal completly. Naturally I would be thankfull towards whoever saved me from being in a cage for the past century. As we saw in the flashback Kyuubi's time in kushina was not pleasant at all,- being chained to a molten ball of lava will make most people insane aswell.

Lastly, I completly agree that Naruto is a sociopath, who is completely obsessed with Sasuke Uchiha. I would argue that Naruto loves Sasuke just as much as Kishimoto.
