I just had a naruto epiphany
Does anybody realizewhen naruto goes to the fire temple for the grave robbery (long time ago) That the two statues in front of the temple are the sasanoo and a frog, foreshadowing naruto and sasuke's future epic battle?

It's really good writing if it is, foreshadowing is important, line on the 3rd manga chapter is shows naruto with a frog, sasuke with a snake, and Sakura with a snail

and ya. ive noticed the foreshadowing in the early manga about the toad and naruto, snake and sasuke and slug and sakura but i gotta check out the fire temple eps again..sounds interesting

Ive also noticed in the anime, like i think it was outside of orochimaru's hideout. This seems symbolic: a hawk comes swooping in and grabes a snake This happened when sasuke was battling orochimaru and beat him Sasuke-hawk. Oro-snake

Oohhh, I never noticed that before! Good observation. I love when they have foreshadowing in the anime/manga series. I try to catch it, but this particular one you mentioned escaped me! I can't wait for Sasuke and Naruto's epic battle!
