loads of flash backs looks like next ep will be more flash backs i am guessing they are trying to make it so there are no more fillers in this arc

What was with 9 minutes of the episode being a flashback to the Pain encounter? I mean the rest was awesome, but that kinda ruined it for me.

Rock lee thing was funny though.

Flashbacks were a but annoying but overall it was a great episode.
Some action between different characters was nice.

But what did Tobi mean "I gave Nagato those eyes" ? Somone explain in full detail please because i'm lost. Tobi had the rinnegan? I know that madara still has his rinnegan, and we saw Nagato younge already obtaining the rinnegan, so how younge was he when he got them?

im with you on that question.. :/ it phases me and im tryna read the manga to find out everything, but im not quite there yet. Maybe Tob's was just saying that to try and make Konana give up the location of them easier. But im pretty sure Nagato had those eyes.. they awakened when his parents were killed. Not that it proves anything but still.. i think he had those eyes but thats just me

the episode was good i didnt mind it.. next episode is going to be another load of flashbacks.. only judging by the manga.. but at least we havent seen the flashbacks before.. Sad life for Konan thought i liked her

To awaken the rinnegan you need both the uchiha and the senju powers, nagato is related to the senju clan and madara is an uchiha. He probally gave some of his powers to nagato when he was small, which awakaned the rinngan.

I think what i wrote is correct =p

Sorry to bust your Bubble but Nagato was of the Uzumaki clan not senju and tobi's rinigan was Nagato's

Awesome episode, I don't mind the flashbacks,

I feel like slapping Tobi when he said he encouraged Yahiko to establish the Akatsuki and when he said that he gave the Rinnegan to Nagato. I think he lie..... XD

When I saw Tobi's right hand cut off by Konan's explosion and he was not in pain and I was like.... "What are you Tobi?" Maybe Tobi is a Zetsu... LOL

I thought it was a great episode, but like most of you, I too felt there was way too many flashbacks. The action was great, and Konan sure gave Madara a run for his money, but for the love of god: why so many flashbacks?? I mean seriously, they took up like half the episode!

Anyways, cannot wait until I watch 253 later today

EDIT: I did not mind The flashbacks about Konan's past, but I have seen shippuden episode #175 so many times that I am tired of seeing that scene where Naruto + Konan briefly talk towards the middle of the episode 0.o
