Ichigo is not a murderer!
So we all thought that Ichigo killed Ginjo and resulted in him being thought of as a murderer...when in fact he isn't! Ginjo has revealed to be alive as a hollow! And at the end of the chapter, the Espada declare war on Yamamoto

Like Uchiha_Sora said. Why would killing Ginjo be a bad thing? I never read the Fullbring Arc, but from what I heard, Ginjo was the bad guy, so it would be a good thing if he did.

Well he didn't really kill anyone besides Hollows who he just sends to the afterlife. The best he's done is beat people up to the point where they are in a bloodified heap but then again they didn't really die. Like Grimmjow but then again it was Nnoitora who got the finishing blow on him. Ginjo basically never died. He was just carnated into an Arrancar. Also, it was basically payback for his friends; he helped Tsukishima deceive them and make Ichigo look like a convicted criminal.
