That was never proven. The only up close pic of his Sharingan was when it was ordinary, no Mangekyo. Besides, you have to lose a close friend to get the Mangekyo. Really, what friends does Danzo have?

It didn't look very damaged to me. All I saw was a Sharingan and bandages. It could possibly be Obito's Sharingan, but it's extremely unlikely that it's Obito himself who is Danzo.

In some of those it does look a bit like the mangekyou, but that's probably just because of the size of the eye in those images.

However...In the off chance it really is the mangekyou, Danzo had better look out. That eye looked a heck of a lot more like Itachi's to me, rather than kakashi/obitos. D<

(which opens up a new world of theory in which tobi and danzo are working together...)
